How to Participate
To take part in the GTF European Championship & Open European Cup 2026, all participants must comply with the following registration and documentation procedures:
Athletes missing any of the above documents will not be accredited and will not be allowed to compete.
Required Forms:
- Submit a preliminary entry form by 1 June 2026.
- This form must include all athletes’ names, age categories, weight classes (for sparring), and disciplines.
- Submit the final official entry form by 1 August 2026.
- This is the definitive list of competitors and must be submitted in the official format provided by the Organizing Committee.
- Complete and present the following mandatory documents at the Registration (Accreditation) Desk:
- Original passport + photocopy;
- Valid GTF certificate (Dan or Gup rank);
- Accident insurance policy valid from 6 to 15 September 2026, covering injuries and medical evacuation;
- Signed Voluntary Waiver of Claims.
