Transportation
It’s very important to familiarize yourself with the transportation arrangements.
We can meet you either at Verona Airport (VRN) or Venice Airport (VCE), as well as at Vicenza Railway Station. Transfers to your accommodation will be provided on a paid basis according to the following rates:
Minibus (up to 9 seats):
1. Venice Airport (VCE) → Asiago — €150
2. Verona Airport (VRN) → Asiago — €150
3. Vicenza Railway Station → Asiago — €70
Coach (up to 50 seats):
4. Venice Airport (VCE) → Asiago — €400
5. Verona Airport (VRN) → Asiago — €400
6. Vicenza Railway Station → Asiago — €200
Requests for intercity transfers must be submitted by 1 August 2026.
In addition, transfers between your accommodation and the competition venue (and back) will be provided free of charge.
Moreover, if your team would like to have dinner or take a walk around the city center, just give us a call—we’ll arrange transportation, wait for you, and bring you back safely.
All transportation provided by our organization is fully at your disposal.
